FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will I see the points in my account?
Points are issued after the event has taken place and final payment has been made. Processing times may vary based on submission and approval from property.
Is there a limit to the number of points a planner/booker can earn?
A maximum of 100,000 points will be issued per event ($50K spend) captured in a written contract.
Can multiple bookers earn points for the same booking?
No. Points are awarded to the primary planner listed on the written contract. If multiple planners are involved, only one individual can receive the points and must be identified in the written contract.
Can I use the points to book rooms for future events?
Points can only be booked for rooms if the account holder is one of the individuals staying.
Are weddings considered eligible events?
At this time, weddings are not included.
